GuineaPigDan at Pacific Anthropomorphics Weekend by GuineaPigDan
I’m going to be a table artist at a new convention in San Jose this November. This will be my first time appearing as a table artist at a con, so I’m pretty excited! I’ll be posting prices for drawings soon. Come and say hi to me!
More Cartoons for Skeptic Magazine by GuineaPigDan
A few days I posted a photo of a page from the Volume 19, No 3 2014 issue of Skeptic Magazine that included some drawings of mine for an article entitled “Science V. Intuition: Why it is difficult for scientific knowledge to take root” by Andrew Shtulman” And now here’s the original scans of the drawings. I’m really glad I got to draw for their magazine again!
Also, the cover story of this issue, which is on multiverse theories, was written by physicist Victor Stenger. Unfortunately, he recently died in August before the issue came out. So this article (obviously written months in advance) is probably one of the last things he wrote. RIP Victor Stenger.

I’m in Skeptic magazine again by GuineaPigDan
A few months ago I had some drawings appear in an issue of Skeptic magazine. http://guineapigdan.deviantart.com/art/Me-In-Skeptic-Magazine-467203564 The newest issue is out now, and so are some new drawings of mine! These ones are for an article “Science V. Intuition: Why it is difficult for scientific knowledge to take root” by Andrew Shtulman. One part of the article talks about how sometimes smart people can hold faulty ideas like coats producing heat, whales being fish, the Sun revolving around the Earth, wind being alive, and heavy objects falling faster than small ones. And I got to illustrate each of those silly ideas. I will be posting an actual scan of these five drawings later.
Also, I shall be appearing at a new convention called Pacific Anthropomorphics Weekend in San Jose November 14-16 as a table artist. www.pacanthro.org/ If come by my table and you happen to have one of the two issues of Skeptic magazine I’ve drawn for, I’ll be glad to autograph it!
I have exciting news! There’s a new furry con coming to San Jose called Pacific Anthropomorphics Weekend or PAW con for short https://www.pacanthro.org and yours truly will be a table artist there! This will be my first time being a table artist, so I’m very excited! The con is from November 14-16, and I’ll be doing art commissions and selling prints there. I haven’t decided on my prices yet so I’ll do a another update on that later. I will also post an update when the dealer room map comes out and I can show where you can find me. To those of you able to make it to San Jose in November, make sure to say hi to me!
Nemesis Raccoon by GuineaPigDan
A drawing for my friend http://www.furaffinity.net/user/keybladeraccoon of his character Nemesis. He may look ordinary, but he’s actually a keyblade wielder that has the powers of magic and light, and immunity to transformation and mind control. He’s officially joining the fandom now, so go welcome him!
Hungry Thylacine -color- by GuineaPigDan
I’m coloring another one of these hungry animal sketches I did. I’m considering making these available as shirts on Cafe Press with the header “PLEASE FEED THE ANIMALS.”
Hungry Lion -color- by GuineaPigDan
I was bored and decided to color this sketch I did in-between commissions. What would people think if I decided to put this on a t-shirt?
Zak and IceFox and the Lousy Beach Vendor by GuineaPigDan
Backlash and IceLanceFox are hungry while visiting the beach, but unfortunately the only food vendor here is a total cheapskate. That sheep should be more careful not to insult animals higher on the food chain than him…
Hmm, where’s that sheep even keeping all that pizza and ice cream? Maybe he’s sitting on top of them.
Guinea Pigs Rocking Out! (WIP) by GuineaPigDan
A WIP drawing for Jude Russel http://juderussell.deviantart.com/ and her band the Guinea Pigs. http://guineapigsmusic.blogspot.com/ I’ll be awaiting any changes or improvements she suggests.
